Heleen has been cooking for her guests in Vista sull'oliveto since 2011. She has taken many cooking classes with Italians and now knows the tricks of the trade.

You can follow hands-on cooking classes in her professional kitchen. You prepare a 4-course dinner.

The lessons are given in a cozy, pleasant and relaxed way in which everyone makes all 4 courses. The ingredients for the dishes are purchased from the locals and are super fresh. The secrets of Italian cuisine are revealed during cooking.
The cooking class starts at 4.30 pm and lasts until 8 pm, followed by a cena of what we have prepared.

Cooking with "La Mamma"

Micaela is of Tuscan origin and has been running a successful restaurant in Lucca for years. Now she lives just 30 minutes' drive from Vista sull'oliveto. A visit to her beautiful and enormous palazzo is an experience in itself. Her house is a true museum and she is happy to tell you about it.
Price € 100.00 per person.

 

The cooking classes start at 10.30 am and after the joint pranzo everyone goes home around 3.30 pm. You are a guest in her home and the lessons are given in a cozy, pleasant and relaxed way. You prepare a 4-course dinner. The ingredients for the dishes are purchased from the locals and are super fresh. The secrets of Italian cuisine are revealed during cooking.
