What we do
Owning a house abroad is a dream for many. And many have indeed already realised this dream.
However, when you finally travel to your beautiful house in the hills of magnificent Umbria, the last thing you want is to spend days doing chores and cleaning before your house looks like a dream home again.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if, on arrival, your bed has been made, and all the chores have been done so that you can enjoy a well-deserved holiday in your own beautiful home?
We can help you with that. We would gladly take care of the chores for you so that you can enjoy your holiday and your house immediately upon arrival.
This is what we can do for you:
When you are not present we will make sure the house gets the necessary attention. We will see to it that the house is ready for you when you arrive in Umbria.

Our services include:
- Opening and closing of the pool
- Garden maintenance
- Maintenance of olive grove / vineyard
- Monitoring the house and grounds weekly or periodically, or after frost/storm
- Carrying out minor maintenance work
- Airing out the house in the winter months to prevent moisture problems
- Getting the house ready (cleaning inside,
getting groceries, bedding, washing, garden, swimming pool)
- Help with paying bills
- Inspection of equipment and/or annual checkup
- Solving potential problems that may arise
Our working area is Umbria (prov. Terni ) and Lazio (prov. Rieti and Viterbo).

Our rate
Good service starts and ends with reliability, friendliness and experience. We complete projects efficiently and on time and are committed to building lasting relationships with our customers.
We deliver work as you can expect from the Dutch. We speak your language witch make communication a lot easier.
Our rate is a maximum of € 15,00 per person per hour. This price can be adjusted depending on the job and the duration of the work.
We also work with monthly rates and subscriptions if we are allowed to work for you for a longer period of time.
The travel costs are € 0.35 p. km.
