Owning a house abroad is a dream for many. And many have indeed already realised this dream.

However, when you  finally travel to your beautiful house in the hills of magnificent Umbria,

the last thing you want is to spend days doing chores and cleaning before your house looks

like a dream home again.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if, on arrival, your bed has been made, and all the chores have been done so that you can enjoy a well-deserved holiday in your own beautiful home? 

We can help you with that. We would gladly take care of the chores for you so that you can

enjoy your holiday and your house immediately upon arrival.

What can I do for you?

When you're not at your house, I can ensure that it receives the attention it needs.
Here’s what I can do for you:
 

• Opening and closing the pool

• Garden maintenance

• Maintenance of small olive groves, vineyards, or fruit trees

• Weekly or periodic supervision

• Checks after frost or storms

• Performing small maintenance tasks

• Airing the house during winter months to prevent moisture issues

• Preparing the house for arrival (cleaning indoors, grocery shopping,

• making the beds, laundry, garden, pool)

• Assistance with paying bills

• Organizing the annual heating boiler check with a plumber

• Reporting any issues that arise and arranging for their resolution
